What is InduSmart® GreenLine?

InduSmart® GreenLine is the ARM-based line within GETT's InduSmart® panel PC portfolio. It was developed for applications that do not require high computing power, but rather a stable, energy-efficient and economical HMI solution. The focus is on a reduced system architecture for clearly defined tasks. The GreenLine is particularly suitable for web-based applications, status displays, simple visualisations and data acquisition processes. Thanks to its Arm architecture, the panel PC is energy-efficient and suitable for installations where resource consumption, compact design and cost structure are decisive factors.

For which applications is the GreenLine suitable?

The InduSmart® GreenLine is particularly suitable for:

  • Shop floor digitalisation
  • Time recording and order entry systems
  • Web-based visualisations
  • Simple machine status displays
  • IoT-related applications with a clearly defined range of functions

It is the right choice when an operating solution needs to function reliably without having to meet complex visualisation or computing requirements.

For applications with higher protection requirements or more computationally intensive visualisations, more powerful lines are available within the InduSmart® portfolio.

Why is the Arm architecture useful?

Not every application requires an x86 platform. The Arm-based architecture is deliberately designed for simple, clearly defined tasks. It is particularly suitable for web-based, resource-saving or containerised applications with a defined range of functions.
