GETT offers you the opportunity to borrow and test products free of charge. This enables you to make a confident purchase decision. Loans are subject to the following terms and conditions:   

  • The loan period is 14 working days.

  • The dispatch dates apply as the start and end times.

  • The lender bears the shipping costs to the borrower. The borrower bears the shipping costs for the return to the lender.

  • The borrower is liable for damage caused to and by the rental item from the time of transfer of risk until the day of return. We reserve the right to charge for the repair of the damaged product or the purchase price of the damaged product.

  • The borrower is also liable for damage caused by improper handling of the borrowed product.

  • The customer must return the rental device and its packaging in the condition in which it was received. Cables must be wound up in such a way that no cable breaks can occur. If the item is defective, the customer shall bear the repair or replacement costs.
