    The range can basically be distinguished according to how the units are used. They are mainly distinguished by either having an enclosure for stand-alone usage on even surfaces or versions that can be installed at the front or the rear. They can then be seamlessly integrated in existing systems flush with the surface. We also offer models with compact dimensions and a flat height. They save space and can be used in a flexible way. The range of products available in our catalog is one of the most extensive in the world.

    What makes stainless steel keyboards “tough guys”

    The high-quality stainless steel that we use, which is 2 millimeters thick, makes the products extremely robust and durable. A silicone seal between the top and bottom parts of the keys prevents any dust and spray making its way inside and therefore offers IP65 class protection.

    The stainless steel keyboards, most of which are manufactured at our business site in Treuen, are subject to a strict quality assurance process. Each device is thoroughly tested before it is sent to our customers. As a result, reliability and a long serviceable life are the hallmarks of our products.

    Even “tough guys” have a soft side to them

    The flat key caps and the arrangement of the keys make it easy to clean the surface, provide a space-saving design and support touch typing. The integrated capacitive touch pad is very comfortable to operate thanks to the improved ease of movement on the surface.

    PWIS-free models for the automotive sector
    Normal IP protection alone is not enough, particularly for painting shops in the automobile and transport construction industry. PWIS-free components should be used there. The abbreviation PWIS stands for ‘paint-wetting impairment substances’ and means that particular particles and aerosols may negatively affect the painting process being used. Any use of silicone represents a particular source of problems here. An additionally inserted silicone-free or PWIS-free Poron foam seal protects the interior area from the outside on these special models.
