Interfaces

Interfaces form a bridge between two systems that have different properties (e.g. physical, electrical, mechanical). They are necessary for data exchange and communication.

A wide variety of requirements arise in this context. Besides the purely mechanical connection (e.g. standardized plugs like RJ45, D-Sub, DIN, USB) the specification of an interface contains information among others about transmission speeds, transmission methods and interface lines.

GETT offers a wide range of interfaces relevant for operating technology. The spectrum ranges from the simple connector of a keypad to field buses. In addition, GETT engineers apply standardized wireless technologies. In case of individual fabrications, the customer’s requirements and the technical framework conditions decide on the selection of the respective interface.
