Industrial Panel PC

INNOVATIVE INDUSTRIAL PANEL PC PRODUCT LINES: YOUR BRIDGE BETWEEN SPECIAL TECHNICAL FEATURES, INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS AND COST-EFFECTIVENESS

An  open innovation process was necessary to transfer the market requirement, which we had identified, into a standardized industrial panel PC. Leading customers helped us here by actively cooperating on the list of specifications, providing constant feedback and performing test operations. In an environment dominated by competition, it was necessary to equip and combine our new industrial panel PCs with unique components. A button bar with capacitive buttons under the touch operating area and the opportunity of choosing different pre-configured interfaces to connect external devices and systems are examples of this.

OUR INDUSTRIAL PANEL PC SERIES

Following a careful analysis of the market and examining our development capabilities, we developed a standard series of industrial PCs with four different lines. These lines are geared towards the very different requirements in the engineering and automation sectors. We have given them colors in order to make it easier to distinguish between them: green and blue represent the basic panel PCs for retrofit applications, while red and black stand for robust industrial panel PCs for demanding environments. The green, blue and black lines are ready for sale at this time – and the red line will follow in the near future.

HOW INDIVIDUAL ARE OUR INDUSTRIAL PANEL PCS?

In addition to having standard products, we have extended our range by using standardized individual features. Customers can, for example, select the number of capacitive buttons and their functions from a range of specifications. This also includes inserting the company’s logo or adding an emergency shutdown button.
The newly developed industrial panel PC series match the key features of previous GETT products and solutions: a high degree of flexibility, technical complexity and the latest technology.

RANGING FROM THE COMPACT RETROFIT SOLUTION FOR FIRST-TIME USERS TO THE MODULAR HIGH-END SOLUTION FOR AUTOMATED PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT

Our industrial panel PC lines are designed in such a way that their equipment and performance gradually increase through the color-coded lines: green, blue, red, black. The green and blue models are simple off-the-rack products, while the red and black models can be pieced together in a modular way.

The models in the green and blue lines are geared towards small and medium-sized enterprises with an existing number of machines that has grown over time or with less sophisticated data logging. These units can possibly be used to monitor warehouses in terms of their temperature/humidity, monitor the particle constellations in particular areas, record a machine’s electric current values or simply display process data.
The panel PCs in the red and black lines, on the other hand, which have a modular design and high-quality equipment, are aimed at the medium to high performance segment. They are ideal for applications in engineering and plant construction where the requirements for the operating concept are increasing all the time.

Models in the green, blue and black lines are currently available. The red line devices will be introduced onto the market in the foreseeable future because of GETT’s sequential, resource-saving development work.
